This Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”) is owned and operated by Parachute Kalpavriksha Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “PKF”, or “Company” or “We”, or “Our” or “Us” along with its grammatical variations).

PKF takes your privacy seriously, understands its importance and therefore protecting Your privacy is our top priority. We endeavour to prevent the misuse of any information shared by You while accessing this Platform.

The terms “You” or “Your” refer to the user or viewer of the Platform. The present Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers as to how PKF or anyone dealing one behalf of PKF shall collect, use, disclose, transfer and store the customer’s / users information.

Our Privacy Policy practices are consistent with the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and adoption of amendments as and when notified subject to its applicability. Customer /users are advised to familiarize themselves with this Privacy Policy.

By visiting this Platform, providing your Personal Information or availing out product/service, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy.
